By integrating emotional awareness into education and professional training, we are nurturing individuals who not only excel intellectually but also lead with humanity, authenticity, and courage.
Our joint efforts emphasise that leadership rooted in emotional intelligence transcends titles and positions—it becomes an act of service, grounded in empathy and guided by purpose.
